Signature VICEROY outside catering is an established catering business, running since 1994. It prides itself on serving the very best Contemporary cuisine and has been awarded ‘Best Spice Restaurant’ in the South West at the British Curry Awards between 2005 and 2009.

Walk into the Viceroy, Viceroy II, Cinnamons or Spice Gallery Indian Restaurant and you will be treated to excellent service and an extremely high standard of food, all in contemporary, inviting surroundings. It is these high standards that are carried into every outside catering event.

 

The exclusive menu offers a number of classic Indian dishes fused with modern european dishes. Talented head chef Bodroj Zaman has added a whole host of creative fusions, filled with contrasting and complementary flavours, making the Signature VICEROY Outside Catering experience truly special. The chef’s signature dish of grilled vegetables finished in a pan with chopped masala and served on a bed of salad with yoghurt and pomegranate seeds makes the ideal starter, being light and bursting with flavour.

 

Great main courses include succulent pineapple and honey glazed chicken pieces cooked over charcoal and  tender, melt in the mouth braised lamb in onion, ginger, garlic and ground garam masala, prepared in a thick sauce.

 

With high quality dishes and superb customer service, it is not surprising that celebrities such as actor Johnny Depp (when he was in Somerset filming the Libertine) and Lord Paddy Ashdown are happy to recommend the cuisine.
